What to send
- Corrections. A closed kitchen, a price that moved, a recipe that failed for you. Include the page URL and what you saw. Corrections are checked and published with a dated note.
- Tips. A counter, market stall or bakery we should check. Tell us the city, what to order and when you last went.
- Recipe questions. Say where you got stuck, what equipment you used and what the result looked like. Photos help.
- Press and partnerships. We accept no payment for coverage. Sampling visits are welcome when the visit is arranged in advance and editorial control stays with us.
Before you write
We do not publish guest posts, sponsored links or paid placements, so please do not pitch them. Recipe reprints need written permission and a link back to the original page. For image requests, name the article and the intended use; most photographs are cleared for editorial use with credit.
